Drywall Repair & Paint That Actually Lasts

Texture matching, primer choice and prep are what separate a seamless wall from an obvious patch.

Find the cause before you patch

A water-stained ceiling or recurring crack is a symptom. We trace it back to the roof, plumbing or framing movement first — patching over an active leak just buys a few months before the same repair returns bigger.

Texture matching is the whole game

Seamless repair means feathering compound well past the patch, sanding to a true plane and reproducing the surrounding texture — knockdown, orange peel or smooth — before any primer touches the wall. Skip that step and the patch shows the moment afternoon light rakes across it.

Prime, then paint properly

Repairs get a dedicated primer so the new compound does not flash through the topcoat. Interiors get low-VOC paint with cut-in trim lines; exteriors get washed, sealed and weather-coated so the coating bonds instead of peeling in the first freeze-thaw cycle.
